Welcome to my private psychotherapy practice. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide compassionate support to adolescents, adults, families facing psychiatric conditions and life crises. My approach combines psychodynamic principles with cognitive behavioral therapy and skills training, enabling clients to achieve their best life outcomes. With a specialty focus on eating disorders and serious mental health issues in emerging adulthood, I aim to help you navigate your journey toward overall wellness and a meaningful life.

I received my BA in Dramatic Arts at The University of California, Santa Barbara and later completed my MSW at Hunter College, CUNY Silberman School of Social Work. I began my clinical training at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Westchester Division with a specialty focus in child and adolescent psychiatry.

My therapeutic style is to work with you and your family to develop the right treatment plan that will help you meet your goals in a comfortable and approachable way.  My practice expertise is in resilience training and cognitive reframing to assist people in breaking free from negative habits.

I know that choosing a therapist can be difficult and I strive to teach each client new ways to create a more peaceful life that empowers and emboldens you to do all that you desire. Therapy can be a wonderful and confidential space to help realize your inner strength and purpose, and I am here to support you in these goals.
